RediMed’s Queensland expansion kicked off last year with our Spring Hill clinic, where our committed local team has started servicing Queensland businesses, back by the support of our 160- strong workforce from Western Australia. 

By June 2024, we're adding two more locations in Mackay and at our flagship in Eagle Farm. To support this growth, we're recruiting for two leadership roles being National Head of Customer and QLD Operations Manager - Health and Exercise Services, alongside roles for health professionals including as senior OT/hand therapists, senior physiotherapists, Customer Support Officers, exercise scientists, and exercise physiologists.

The Role

Are you looking to start your administration or customer service journey? Our Spring Hill, Mackay and Eagle Farm clinics are looking for part-time and full-time Customer Support Officers who are our front-facing clinic administrators answering phones, checking patients in and out and managing a comprehensive suite of administration duties that ensures that our customers and patients are taken great care of. 

Previous medical clinic experience is desirable but not essential.  What you do need is a willingness to learn our systems and processes, a sunny personality, ability to work in a medical setting without getting queasy and an ability to work under pressure in our busy environment.
