About the Role:
The APS 3 Participant Support Officer is a team membership position and is responsible for setting priorities, managing workflow for their role and producing work that is subject to regular monitoring by more senior positions within their management structure.
The role involves customer-facing Front-of-House duties as well as outgoing contact with stakeholders on a daily basis via phone, email and face-to-face in the office, to assist with their enquiries, escalations and request tasks.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide counter and reception support for the local office including answering enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
- Manage the team's shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments with the use of office facilities and ensure that facilities are accessible to stakeholders.
- Undertake research and investigation activities and prepare associated reports and correspondence.
- Receive and record complaints and other feedback in the client's business systems.
- Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensure that follow-up is completed.
