Are you a customer service superstar looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity available for Customer Support Officer at our St Arnaud site.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level Customer Support and administration services to our community, Councillors, and staff. Your main objective will be to ensure that our service is responsive, efficient, and customer-centric.
As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be involved in team projects, process mapping, and review, ensuring that our customer service processes are continuously improved.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer requests, processing payments, administering the Accessible Parking Scheme, and managing room, facility, and reserve bookings. You will also provide administration support to various departments as directed.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
