Skillinvest has an opportunity for a motivated candidate to undertake a Business Traineeship in Customer Service with East Gippsland Water in Bairnsdale

Duties

• Provide support, assistance and solutions to customers queries or concerns through various channels ie phone, email or in person
• Efficiently resolve problems and offer accurate information
• Handle complaints effectively ensuring a positive customer experience
• Communicate clearly and professional with customers
• Attention to detail
• Accurately entering into database
• Maintain confidentiality for customer privacy and information security
• Uphold East Gippsland Waters value

Requirements

• Must possess the ability to safeguard information
• Great customer service and phone communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Adequate keyboard skills to enable efficient data entry
• Willingness to commit to work and study
• Willing to obtain a Police Check
