What is the role, what will I be doing?
Situated in Dandenong South, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Support team, serving as the primary point of contact for our extensive network of distributors across Australia and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities may vary and will include:
- Handling inbound calls concerning product pricing and availability
- Providing technical information to assist distributors in product promotion and sales
- Generating customer quotations
- Processing customer orders and credits
Collaboration with our warehouse, field sales, and technical support teams will be integral to achieving WIA's ambitious objectives.
Enough about us, is this job for you?
Previous experience in an industrial environment or transferable skills from a similar industry would be highly advantageous.
A customer-centric approach, coupled with a professional telephone manner and outstanding communication abilities, is essential.
Proficiency in utilising the Microsoft suite, with experience using Microsoft Navision being highly valued.
A dedication to providing excellent customer service, along with meticulous attention to detail, and a drive for achievement, will set you up for success in this role.
The ability to work independently, as well as part of a close-knit team is essential.
