We are looking for a Contact Centre representative, to join our Diabetes Victoria Customer Support team, liaising with Victorians living with, or affected by Diabetes. About our offer
Customer Support Representative full-time hours (75 per fortnight), in our brand-new Contact Centre in Campbellfield, VIC.
- $62,800 p.a. + 11% superannuation + 17.5% annual leave loading. [SCHADS Award Level 2 PP1].
- Salary Packaging benefits of $15,900, and meal/entertainment of $2,650 to boost your take home pay.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm [with 30 min unpaid meal break].
- On-the-job training provided – no prior product and service knowledge required.
- Hybrid working arrangements including working from home and office combinations.

- Friendly team and brand-new facilities in our Campbellfield office.
About you
Your attention to detail, interpersonal and administration skills are required to be successful. A calm and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this fun and supportive team. You have strong communication skills and have a flair for developing strong relationships. This role would suit someone interested in health and the non-profit sector.
Responsibilities include:
• answering calls and enquiries from customers, members, donors, and other stakeholders.
• data management in customer records systems
• providing exceptional customer service
• knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
• web-based databases e.g. CRM or Salesforce – highly regarded
• previous Contact Centre experience and/ or health background – highly regarded
