About the role – Customer Support Specialist
Reporting into the ANZ Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage machine and spare part order fulfilment and after-sales support
- Maintain up-to-date inventory and stock level files
- Work with warehouse team and manage order dispatch
- Respond to client enquiries with a positive and professional attitude
- Provide support for administrative tasks
For this position, we will consider also who just finished Uni or is at the beginning of their career. We focus on your attitude and what you can bring to the team.
About you – Skills and Expertise
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with MYOB (would be ideal but not necessary)
- Highly motivated, self-driven and detailed-oriented person
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external communication
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to work well in a team
- Passion for coffee and/or a technical mind would be a plus.
