We're seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialists to join our team with existing knowledge of Superannuation.

About the role:
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Full time permanent position
- Superannuation experience is essential.
- Hybrid model-initially in office until training completed then 2 days WFH
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing information on superannuation and insurance products and services.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Assisting with account transactions.
- Escalating issues as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records.
About You:
We are looking for motivated team players with exceptional ability to build relationships with clients. Our ideal candidate would come from banking/insurance background and will have existing knowledge of Superannuation products. You will also have:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Essential knowledge of superannuation products and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- RG146 qualified for securities, superannuation and life insurance
- Interest in trading will be beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
