One of our large federal government clients is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst for a long term contract.
The Cyber Analyst will be expected to:
Align security expectations with industry best-practices.
Support IRAP preparation and ensure correct documentation.
Assist in managing and implementing IT security strategies.
Manage cyber risk to support secure system delivery.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards.
Aid in the migration of services to the cloud while managing cyber risk.
Offer Cyber Security advice to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Conduct security and quality assurance reviews of documentation and deliverables.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Demonstration of comprehensive knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices by having 3+ years' experience in similar role within a medium/large size organisation.
Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organisations including certification in any of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications obtained from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or equivalent assessed comparable overseas qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, or Cyber Security is highly desirable.
