About the role
The Cyber Security Program Manager at Eastern Health will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Eastern Health Cyber Security Programs to remediate Cyber Security risk exposure to the Eastern Health Information and ICT infrastructure systems. The Cyber Security Program Manager provides leadership to help manage Cyber Security Program and project effectively and will be responsible for the development and execution of technology components of projects aligned with our organisational priorities. This includes the development of project artefacts including program and project plans, budgets, schedules and status reports and providing project leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery against time, cost and objectives.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science and Major in Information Security, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working in Cyber Security Program Management and/or related functions
- Formal certification in ICT Security such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM or related certifications.
- Good understanding of security standards and frameworks (e.g., Essential 8, NIST, SOCI Act 2018).
- Strong project management experience with Prince 2, Agile or PMI project management certification
- Demonstrated project budget/financial management experience
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skill
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
