About The Role
Join us in a pivotal role where you'll spearhead the coordination of Hansen's security initiatives, drive compliance activities, and foster engagement across our dynamic business landscape. Collaborating closely with key decision makers and IT leadership, you'll lead transformative initiatives to enhance our cyber resilience. Under the guidance of the Head of Global IT Security, you'll architect and implement a cutting-edge Security Program, shaping it through the lens of our Cyber Maturity Program to ensure our digital landscape remains fortified and future ready.
About You
Proven experience in managing and coordinating information security or cyber maturity and uplift transformation projects, including gathering, and defining requirements into actionable tasks. You will have strong communication, presentation and reporting skills to deliver impactful messaging for decision makers. You will also have:
- excellent stakeholder management skills.
- experience in fast paced working environments (e.g. financial services or technology vendors).
- demonstrable capacity to prioritise and multitask competing projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing scheduled security activities (e.g. penetration testing) and transformational initiatives (Cyber Maturity Program).
- Interface for internal and external customers to collect requirements and opportunities for new Security Program initiatives and activities.
- Coordinating cyclical security reviews (access entitlements, network technologies, exceptions) and projects in collaboration with key stakeholders in the global security and IT Services team.
- Managing business stakeholders and resources in support of business continuity management planning.
- Establishing and maintaining regular security governance reporting and communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security leads to develop impactful metrics to better communicate security value with customers.
- Promote adoption of security products and services within the global business.
