This is an exciting time to join NRW Holdings as we are now seeking a highly skilled D365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant to join the team at our Belmont office. This is a key position within the Finance Department and is responsible for functional administration and end user support of the Microsoft D365 F&O application suite of modules specialising in the procurement, production, advanced warehousing and asset management. This role plays a major part in ensuring our system is configured to meet business requirements resulting in secure accurate data for expenditure, revenue and reporting across the group.
As a D365 Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries and troubleshooting in a timely manner
- Identifying functional gaps and providing solutions
- End to end implementation of D365 business processes
- Application regression testing for patches, upgrades and integrations
- Facilitating training sessions
- Creating and maintaining training materials including training videos
- Development of testing scripts and design documents
- Scoping, requirement analysis and design building when onboarding new entities or enhancements to D365
- Setting up and maintaining centralised vendor and customer records
- Data analytics
- Drive continuous business improvements
To be considered for this position, you will require:
- Previous experience in a D365 Finance Functional Support role or ERP Business Systems Support role
- Relevant Business Qualification or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of ERP applications with preferred experience with Microsoft 365 Finance and Operations
- Exceptional understanding of change and risk management principles
- Advanced written and oral communications skills
- Advanced people skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with all customers both internal and external
- To be flexible and able to prioritise tasks and work in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrate understanding of end-to-end financial transactional processes
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Working collaboratively in a team environment
