The Position
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our executive team at TCLH HQ.
This role is accountable for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition, as we pursue further opportunities both domestically and internationally.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate a robust grasp of the sales pipeline and remote hospitality segments, strategically navigate these segments and identify opportunities to our CEO and board of Directors.
- Showcase TCLH's unique offerings: Labour Hire, Camp Management, Village services, Catering, Mobile Camps and more.
- Thrive on building and nurturing key relationships with key stakeholders, contract representatives, and corporate businesses to ensure seamless account management and customer acquisition.
- Derive fulfilment from actively seeking new business opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking initiatives, just to name a few.
- Exhibit proactive strategic thinking, prioritising commercial insight and innovation.
- Possess exceptional organisational skills, capable of self-management while also fostering collaboration as needed.
- Excel in cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a must.
- Familiarity with Excel, HubSpot, CRM and Asana is advantageous.
