Based in Green Fields, in this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers and will be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs..
About the role:
- Planning, scheduling, and quoting of daily
- Maintain accurate records of schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and sales team
- Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes
About you:
- Glass and or trades scheduling experience an advantage
- Ability to manage customers and installers
- Resilient with the ability to prioritse mulitple work projects
- Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities
- Simpro or scheduling system experience an advantage
