Electel Resources Pty Ltd is a Powerline Distribution contracting company based in North Plympton, SA.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, efficient and self-motivated person with planning and scheduling experience to join our Road Lighting Team.
The position is full time, based in Metro Adelaide, with an immediate start available.
The Scheduling Coordinator will oversee the coordination and scheduling of Road Lighting Operations, generation of reports and communication between all relevant parties involved in projects. The Scheduling Coordinator will report to the Manager Road Lighting.
Main tasks the successful applicant will be responsible for include:
- Assist in planning and scheduling daily work of Road Lighting Crew
- Generate, process and analyse schedules and reports
- Liaise and coordinate with customers, clients and contractors
- Data entry - Develop, report and manage data for portfolio of assigned projects
- Stock/Inventory management
- Assist the Manager Road Lighting, as directed
Key requirements:
- Sound computer skills and experience with Word, Excel & Project
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Professional outlook with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to self-direct and work under pressure
- Be prepared to undertake a National Police Check
