- Daily development and coaching of your Fresh Dairy team
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve daily compliance and sales targets
- Support the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Experienced manager with exposure to a highly regulated environment
- Previous success in leading and developing a diverse team
- Motivational leader, coach, and mentor
- Strong business acumen, KPI-driven, and results-focused
- Passion for visual merchandising and stock control
