• Handling inbound calls exclusively, without outbound calls
• Performing multitasking as required
• Addressing inquiries related to travel concerns
• Handling queries regarding booking or rebooking accommodations

Qualifications:

• C2 proficiency in Danish
• B2 proficiency in English
