AddressAn exciting opportunity exists for an Admin Officer Level 3 Data Admin and Medico-Legal to join a dynamic team at Macquarie Hospital.
Where you'll be working
You will be joining the friendly Health Information Services (HIS) team at Macquarie Hospital and occasionally providing support to Ryde Hospital Health Information Services.
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for be providing customer service to all internal and external customers of HIS, both in person and over the phone, and managing releases of information for ongoing care and all medico-legal requests for information including but not limited to subpoenas, police requests, clinical notes requests from insurance companies, solicitors, and patients or their authorised representatives. You will also be completing PAS data correction and combine duplicate Medical Record Numbers.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Please explain your understanding of release of information legislation, government disposal and retention authorities, workplace health and safety and working knowledge of health record processes and systems.
- Please provide your understanding on what makes great customer services.
- How do you plan to be thorough and pay close attention to detail in your work?
