Randstad is supporting a reputable and vital community based Federal Government Agency, specifically the team who are responsible for servicing two cohorts of participants; those living in or at risk of entering aged care under 65 years of age, and those in hospital who are medically ready for discharge but have barriers to doing so. Full time hours, Monday to Friday (7.5p/d, 37.5 p/w) There are two positions available:
APS6 Program Support Officer (Team Leader)
Contract until 30/06/2025, potential extension
Charlestown location.
Leading/managing a team with knowledge across a range of activities including systems, workload management, people performance, financial, staff lifecycle, knowledge and change management.
Assessing and maintaining quality processes and documentation relating to service delivery.
Collecting and auditing workforce planning and capacity data, reporting on staff lifecycle and confirming against financial, systems and people performance data.
APS6 Project Officer
Contract until 20/12/2024
Newcastle location.
Developing and managing project plans and schedules.
Coordinating regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
Preparing draft written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation.
Monitoring project budgets, review and report on expenditure and assist with procurement and contract management.
Requirements:
APS6 Program Support Officer (Team Leader)
Team leadership skills and experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders
Experience in the disability, health or aged care sectors
Experience in Case Management (desirable)
APS6 Project Officer
Previous experience working within interfaces such as: health, justice, or child protection.
Previous experience writing business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documents.
Experience working within the disability sector
Experience undertaking research and analysis in a related area
Experience working in a virtual project team
- Experience within a legislative environment is advantageous
