Full time hours, Monday to Friday (7.5p/d, 37.5 p/w)
There are two positions available:
- APS6 Program Support Officer (Team Leader)
- Contract until 30/06/2025, potential extension
- Charlestown location.
- Leading/managing a team with knowledge across a range of activities including systems, workload management, people performance, financial, staff lifecycle, knowledge and change management.
- Assessing and maintaining quality processes and documentation relating to service delivery.
- Collecting and auditing workforce planning and capacity data, reporting on staff lifecycle and confirming against financial, systems and people performance data.
- APS6 Project Officer
- Contract until 20/12/2024
- Newcastle location.
- Developing and managing project plans and schedules.
- Coordinating regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
- Preparing draft written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation.
- Monitoring project budgets, review and report on expenditure and assist with procurement and contract management.
Requirements:
- APS6 Program Support Officer (Team Leader)
- Team leadership skills and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in the disability, health or aged care sectors
- Experience in Case Management (desirable)
- APS6 Project Officer
- Previous experience working within interfaces such as: health, justice, or child protection.
- Previous experience writing business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documents.
- Experience working within the disability sector
- Experience undertaking research and analysis in a related area
- Experience working in a virtual project team
- Experience within a legislative environment is advantageous
