About the role
Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity to welcome a talented Data Analyst to design, develop, implement and support the generation of business reports and dashboards for teams. Utilizing business intelligence tools like Power BI, you will drive greater efficiency and standardization for data analysis and reporting.
You will be able to demonstrate your experience in working in a commercial operating environment with end users, operational managers and system data owners to produce effective and intuitive dashboards, reports, tools and data sets for the business.
You will also have the ability to articulate the key operational drivers and business processes that relate to the delivery of technical service and maintenance across mechanical (HVAC), fire and electrical assets.
The tasks will include but not limited to:
- Providing timely, quality data support and services including analysing, interpreting, and undertaking quality assurance of data and datasets.
- Preparing reports, briefs, and other documents on your analysis to a high standard for a varied audience.
- Drive the cleansing, merging and management of data from various internal and external sources, overseeing the automation and documentation of tasks.
- Maintain and update multiple system data sources.
- Ownership of data integrity and uniformity across all company systems
What you will need to succeed:
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel & Power BI skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, etc.
- Proven experience in Data Analysis roles for last 2 – 3 years
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences effectively
