Position Overview:
As a Data Analyst at Control Bionics, you will play a pivotal role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that inform key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks.
Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover opportunities and address business challenges.
Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management to support strategic decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or analytical role.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
