We transform communities to make them easier to move around, more connected and better to live in.About the PositionWe are currently looking for an experienced HSEQ Data Analyst to join our Operational Infrastructure and Major Projects HSC team based at our head office in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the General Manager HSE Infrastructure, the successful candidate will have a high level of understanding in all areas of Health, Safety and Wellbeing.You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and providing timely reports, data and information in consultation with relevant stakeholders efficiently and effectively to a high standard within the designated time frames.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, streamline and gather internal data for dashboards, monthly reports and ad hoc requests such as presentations
- Critically evaluate and analyse information across multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and resolve or escalate to the relevant stakeholder
- Build and run standard reporting and analysis templates to service various stakeholders
- Coordinate and collaborate with national Infrastructure and Major Projects team, including managing deliverables
- Support the evaluation of ongoing analytics from stakeholders through automated and ad hoc solutions
- Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications as required
- Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems and procedures
- Ability to manage programs, through effective communication and meet deadlines
- Advanced Diploma of Work Health and Safety is desirable
- Considerable demonstratable experience in a similar role within the relevant industry
- Considerable experience with safety databases and interpreting/presenting data analysis
- Advanced computer skills and experience using relevant software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
