Your duties will encompass:
- Developing, refining, and bolstering end-user reports leveraging Power BI.
- Crafting and honing queries in alignment with coding standards.
- Demonstrating prowess in DAX and Power M to fulfill user needs and uphold sturdy Power BI data models.
- Identifying optimization avenues, safeguarding data integrity and security, and collaborating with data architects to fortify the data warehouse's integrity.
- Generating exhaustive user guides, lending expertise to project teams, and advocating for the integration of reporting functions for both operational and strategic purposes.
- Cultivating a collaborative team ethos, advocating for service excellence, and offering support as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a BI Developer/Analyst or equivalent, with a focus on Power BI report and dashboard development and maintenance.
- Tap into data drawn from APIs and MongoDB
- Proficiency of 5 or more years with SQL/T-SQL
- Technical acumen in DAX and Power M.
- Familiarity with Azure and other tools within the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) would be advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A relevant bachelor's degree or higher tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
