As an Information Analyst, your main responsibility is to assist the CEO in growing and improving the organisation by providing insights for decision making  You need to use your knowledge to capture information, store the information on the companies databases, generate reports and analyse the information in order to identify ways to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, cost reductions and operational improvements.

The position is based in Melbourne, RedOak is located at 167  Milers Road, Altona North, Vic, 3025.

Task & Responsibilities

The tasks are classified in three main areas:

Information Analysis:

• Identification of the key Data and definition of KPIs as input to data analysis
• Evaluation of the operations including time and cost through data analysis 
• Identification of trends in the demand for cleaning services to adapt the company's offerings
• Analysis of customer satisfaction through data collected from surveys and feedback to continuously improve quality standards

Information Management:

• Development of inventory tracking systems to ensure efficient supply of cleaning products and equipment.
• Organization of cleaning schedules and routes by managing location Data and specific customer requirements.
• Maintenance of detailed cleaning records to ensure transparency and accountability in the service provided
• Maintaining a knowledge database for the organisation to follow best practices and recommendations

Recommendations to the business

• Provide recommendations based on data analysis for profit increases or increases in customer satisfaction
• Advice on the implementation of cutting-edge cleaning technologies and equipment to improve efficiency and sustainability
• Collaboration with management teams to establish safety standards and staff training in the proper handling of safety processes for chemicals handling and cleaning equipment.

Qualification & Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or higher degree any of the subjects below:» Business Administration» Management» Commerce (with business administration focus)» Information Management

Experience:  At least two years of experience in a similar role is required.
