We are looking for a dedicated Data and Insights Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the research and development of a comprehensive 5-year fundraising donor acquisition, retention, and diversification investment plan. Your work will directly impact our mission to fight hunger and provide essential support to those in need. This position reports to our Fundraising and Philanthropy Director.
Key Responsibilities- Model a 5-year data acquisition, retention, and diversification plan and budget for key fundraising areas.
- Support the Fundraising Manager in building relationships with external stakeholders and preparing investment business cases.
- Manage and analyse all acquisition, campaign, and retention datasets.
- Oversee the FBQ Fundraising CRM Salesforce, including system improvements, tracking dashboards, and campaign hierarchy.
- Ensure compliance and manage all fundraising software containing donor data.
- Lead benchmarking efforts and prepare business insights reports.
- Conduct monthly financial donor reconciliation and performance reporting.
- Research, evaluate, and present campaign and acquisition strategies independently.
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, Fundraising and Philanthropy Manager, and wider Marketing and Fundraising team on strategy and project deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years marketing, fundraising and/or Data and business insights experience
- Proven use of Salesforce CRM software
- High level analytical skills and track record of using data to inform acquisition strategy
- Superior communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Campaign & Direct Marketing management skills
- Excellent understanding of donor database management and systems
- Superior strategic capability
- Demonstrate flexibility and accommodate the nuances of the position as FBQ fundraising grows
