We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing datasets, data visualisation and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs and optimise workflows
- Gather, clean, and analyse datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making
- Develop and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power Bi to communicate key metrics to stakeholders
- Identify automation opportunities and make recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve daily operations within the business
- Develop and maintain automations using Microsoft Power Automate
- Develop and maintain apps within Microsoft Power Apps
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular data audits and implementing data quality best practice
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, visualisation and automation
- Identify suitable digital solutions, technologies and processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently studying or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, specifically Power Bi
- High proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Bi, Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
