The role of Data and Reporting Analyst - HR will see you working at our Victoria Park head office as part of our HR Reporting and Business Improvement team. You will be responsible for ensuring our HR function and senior management are able to make informed decisions about our people, HR strategies and policies through accurate, relevant and high-quality people data analysis. In this role you will work extensively with stakeholders in HR, IT and Communications, primarily in analysis, visualisation and interpretation.
Key responsibilities:
- Define, develop and maintain people performance metrics aligned to the strategic objectives of the HR division.
- Provide detailed analysis, identify trends and insights using Data and effective visualisations.
- Develop useful reporting and communication tools designed to monitor and improve the performance of key HR-led initiatives and related indicators over time.
- Support the business to leverage the opportunities provided by recent improvements in people systems and data.
- Improve and embed strong governance principles in data analysis and Reporting.

What you will bring:
- Extensive experience working with SQL, relational databases and developing advanced Power BI reports.
- A strong understanding of how large organisations typically set and measure performance across the people function including attraction, retention, employee satisfaction, demographics, diversity and employee development.
- An ability to interrogate large data sets, identify trends and identify useful insights about how the business is performing.
- Good collaboration and communication skills and an ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
