We are looking for a dynamic Data Entry Clerk with outstanding customer service, excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail to join our team in Brisbane.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of our Operations team. You will be providing first-call support for both our sales team and our clients and as such, need to demonstrate confidence in your communication skills and ability to learn & think quickly in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in a scheduling and Data Entry in a service based environment
- Excellent communication skills in both a verbal and written capacity.
- Ability to manage competing demands within specific time frames.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow through ability.
- Be motivated and switched on, with a team view and the desire to hit common goals.
- Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing all Sales Inboxes.
- Liaise across multiple levels of the company, keeping management informed of customer satisfaction and resource allocation efficiencies.
- Receive and respond to a high volume of calls, work orders and email enquiries from clients on a daily basis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, you will be the first point of call and as such are responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve, as you will be responsible for resolving day to day issues.
- Maintain database integrity with thorough and accurate Data Entry.
- Prioritize a rapidly revolving workload to manage deadlines, targets and customer expectations
