Position: Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Efficient Data Entry for order processing
- Handling incoming phone calls, providing advice and quotes
- Responding to emails and processing orders
- Demonstrating a friendly phone manner, learning our product line to assist customers in understanding and placing orders
- Offering excellent customer service by attentively listening to customer needs and providing effective communication
- Demonstrating strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Upholding a high standard of phone etiquette
Location: Full-time position in Welshpool, collaborating with the WA and NSW teams in a positive work environment. As the administrative hub for Australia, our workday starts at 7:30 am.
