Your new role
- Perform accurate and efficient Data Entry tasks using computer software and systems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Verify and update customer information in databases.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of data while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need:
- Immediate availability
- IT proficiency; MS Office, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent tyoing skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work autonomously and as apart of a team
