Data Entry/Admin/Phone Support
A1 Accessory Imports are looking to recruit a new Administration Assistant for their office. We are a family owned business who have been operating for almost 40yrs. We are an importer and distributor of quality motorcycle hard parts with strong performing brands such as Motorex, Maxxis, Wiseco, K&N Filters, All Balls, Motion Pro, EK Chains and Supersprox and more.
We are looking to recruit a new Data Entry/Admin/Phone Support for our office.
You will join our Head office located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast to provide assistance in a variety of daily tasks.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Data entry and processing of orders via internal B2B system and email where required
- Recording and taking payments
- Provide and lodge freight requests to our partners to facilitate good customer service
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- General office administration
Skills and experience
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Computer literate
- High level of detail and ability to work autonomously in the team environment.
- Good work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability work within a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous administration experience (desirable)
- Basic Motorcycle experience essential - please outline in cover letter
