Join our Perth based client as a Data Management & Integration Manager. Joining an innovative team, you'll be responsible for driving the maturity of our data ecosystem while leading a talented group of professionals. Key Activities/Responsibilities:
Strategic Contributions: Contribute to the development of our Technology Strategy, aligning with business goals and external technical trends.
Team Development: Coach, mentor, and lead employees to build a high-performing team.
Leadership: Lead a team of 6-10 individuals, including data engineers, integration engineers, and business intelligence analysts.
Data Strategy: Develop and execute data strategies and roadmaps, ensuring the integrity and management of data assets across our systems.
Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of Data Management and integration projects, providing guidance and support to project managers.
Continuous Improvement: Manage 24/7 support, BAU pipeline enhancements, and drive continuous improvements.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in delivering Data Management, integration, and business intelligence solutions, strong planning and organisation skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Understanding of Data Management and integration best practices.
Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate and manage divergent business needs and requirements.
Proficiency in managing financial, resource, and vendor/contractual aspects.
Skilled in business/systems analysis, adept at prioritizing technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Exceptional planner, adept at meeting deadlines, managing resources, and multitasking effectively.
Strong communicator, capable of conveying technical information to stakeholders persuasively.
Experienced leader, motivating teams to collaborate and achieve results.
Proficient in building relationships across all levels of the organiastion to foster teamwork and achieve objectives.
