About the Role
As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Data Migration Lead to ensure a seamless migration from legacy systems to Salesforce , ensuring data integrity throughout. This isn't just any Data Migration Lead role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on for an initial 9-month journey in our new Sydney head office on a full-time basis. This position is your chance to be deeply involved in shaping the future from day one, with the added potential for your journey to be extended past this initial engagement.
What Will You Do?
- Create and implement end-to-end source to target Data Migration strategy
- Deliver Data Migration projects including analysis, extraction, cleansing, deduping, mapping, loading and automating
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and IT teams to understand and address data requirements and challenges in the migration process
