About the role
We are currently looking for qualified and experienced Data Migration Specialist to join one of our Federal Government clients.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support in delivering a wide range of data related projects. It will also involve providing hands-on technical development for migration project(s) and ensuring both business requirements and expectations are met successfully.
About you
As an integral part of the Data team we'd expect that you would be/have:
- Proven experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Data migration specialist using SSIS/SSDT. Experience in developing & implementing ETL solutions using Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and any other Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) databases.
- Experience in creating and maintaining source to target mapping and implementation documents to support the ETL processes required to refresh the target database or data mart via multiple sources.
- Exceptional SQL Scripting, data management and data analysis skills including the use of SSIS integration tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
