We are currently looking for a Campaign Executive to join the Ad Operations team who will be responsible for servicing industry leading and premium brands across a number of industries. Ad Operations plays key role in driving technology, innovation and insights within the digital landscape. The successful candidate will be someone who works well in a fast paced dynamic environment and understands the sense of urgency and attention to detail inherent in delivering successful media campaigns.
What does a day look like for you?
- Review and enter media plan information into systems, test creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling, launching and optimising of online advertising campaigns
- Forward creative specs to creative agencies and ensure creative is built correctly
- Responsible for executing tag generation and implementation (creative and conversion tags) as well as report generation as per the campaign schedule
- Troubleshooting creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under your management
- Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers
Who you are:
- Ability to investigate, analyse and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
- Attention to detail, well organised and possesses the ability to prioritise multiples tasks under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
- Excel proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, flash and JavaScript would be an asset
- Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude
