As the Associate Director of Events & Campaigns, you responsible for developing and executing events and sales campaigns across the region. This is a pivotal role in which you will have a proven track record within marketing and an outbound call centre environments across multiple channels.

What are the key accountabilities?
Embracing data-driven decision-making, your ability to refine strategies and optimise for results will be key to your success. Working in a cross functional capacity, you will focus on the transformation of prospects in the campaign and event funnel to drive business growth.
This is a hands-on role, and you will achieve this through:
- Develop tactical go-to-market strategies to increase exposure, market share and sales demand
- Orchestrate the development, planning, coordination, and execution of captivating telemarketing campaign and webinars strategy tailored to Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs)
- Assessing market trends to develop quarterly campaign/events topics and deliver on sales objectives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement of campaign conversions through Marketing, creative, technological or Sales process change.
- Harness your creativity and industry expertise to develop innovative webinar concepts that resonate with our target audience.
You will be a confident personality with natural leadership qualities who makes data driven decision. You will be an individual who has a drive to improve performance and the ability to think outside the box.
You will also have:
- A proven track record within a Marketing & Outbound call centre environment.
- Can quickly assess opportunities for sales improvement and growth.
- Event & Campaign execution experience that drives performance.
- A minimum 7-9 years in a similar position
