The Opportunity
This an exciting opportunity for accomplished Data Quality Manager to drive accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across our organisation and contribute to our strategic plan. Your keenness to detail and data management expertise will be pivotal to the development and implementation of quality standards, and procedures as well as ensuring the monitoring and reporting of Data Quality metrics.
Some of your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead data integrity and standards, identifying issues of quality and control.
• Collaborate with various multi-faceted teams to improve data collection and processing methods
• Ensure targets are met through the management of policies, procedures, and project plans to support business initiatives and deliverables.
• Building and creating Data Quality dashboards and reports ensuring best practice
• Conducting Data Quality audits and assessments systematically
• Provide training and support on Data Quality best practices
• Collaborate with teams to ensure Data Quality is maintained throughout the data lifecycle.
• Update and report on cross team projects to the Group General Manager Enterprise Data Operations and/or the project team.

About You:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in data management control
• Experience working with Data Quality tools and relevant technologies.
• Proven ability to communicate and engage at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent organizational skills, and an ability to work and collaborate within tight timeframes
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and determine root causes
• A tertiary degree qualification in relevant discipline is preferred.
