- Well-developed experience in one or more types of quantitative analysis or forecasting, with a preferred but not-essential focus on areas relevant to land use planning, such as population, housing, employment location and economics.
- Experience in, and/or demonstrable capacity to learn, use of diverse analytical software (e.g., Excel, ArcGIS, R, Python).
- Tertiary qualification or significant professional experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in preparing publications, reports and briefing notes.
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills, in order to build effective relationships and consult successfully with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the behaviours within the leadership context of Personal Leadership as outlined below.
