- Are you an experienced Data Transfer and Support Analyst who is comfortable working at the SFIA 2 level?
- Do you have experience as a Service Desk Analyst or any Administrative or Client Support roles?
- Do you have an active Top Secret Positive Vetting Clearance? or has this clearance expired in the past 12 months?
Our Government is seeking an experience Data Transfer and Support Analyst to join their team for a long term opportunity within a secure working environment.
SFIA Skils required for this role are as follows;
- CSMG 2
- USUP 2
- Undertake client Data Transfer requests and process them within agreed timeframes.
- Report any issues identified during the processing of Data Transfers to the First Level Support Duty Analyst and the customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage Data Transfer records by registering the media in the Records Management System and updating the records when disposing of the media.
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service Delivery and Service Desk Operations with strong customer service focus.
- A good understanding of ICT systems, services, processes and associated policies.
- Completed the ITIL Foundation certificate or have a working knowledge of the service management principles and practices.
