Data Transfer And Support Analyst

Cleared are supporting the Intel Agencies are looking to speak to TSPV Data Transfer and Support Analyst for multiple positions.

This opportunity you will deliver cutting edge capabilities to Defence through a variety of different programmes and projects.

The Data Transfer and Support Analyst is required to provide ICT Customer Support and manual Data Transfers between ICT systems and clients. The Data Transfer and Support Analyst will attend to service requests and fault reports received from customers via telephone, email, in-person, or through the service request catalogue.

Regular engagement with customers is required to prioritise and deliver requests and provide status updates.

This is a 12-month contract with possibility to extend.
Canberra Based.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service Delivery and Service Desk Operations with strong customer service focus.
• A good understanding of ICT systems, services, processes, and associated policies.
• Completed the ITIL Foundation certificate or have a working knowledge of the service management principles and practices.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment, remain task focused, and prioritise work appropriately.
• Ability to solve moderately complex issues and problems.
• Demonstrate high order collaboration and teamwork.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Government ICT Security Policy.

Security Prerequisite
Must hold either a current Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance OR have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded). Candidates with a current Defence Intelligence Agency recognised Psychological Assessment (PA) preferred but not essential.
