This is a 12 Month Contract Maternity Relief Position
Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney provides a 'home away from home' for seriously ill children and their families. When families have to travel far from home to receive specialised medical care for their sick child, seeking accommodation in an unfamiliar place only adds to their stress and anxiety. The Role:
We are looking for a candidate to help support our analytic data and financial reporting. On a day-to-day basis they will be responsible for:
- The extraction of data from the fundraising platforms
- Entering data and the fundraising transactions to the CRM (Salesforce)
- Bulk processing, cleansing, and uploading data to the system
- Assisting the Finance team by providing the donations summary and fundraising information
- Assisting the Data team with the completion of data requests and data briefs
- Troubleshooting system challenges and ensuring the systems and processes are compliant with company policies, processes, and procedures
- Assisting to ensure the reporting mechanisms are effectively utilised
- Providing support in the system change implementation and database maintenance
- Issuing donation receipts when required
The Candidate:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Intermediate in Excel, including expertise in pivot tables and spreadsheets is essential
- Finance background is preferred
- Not for Profit Salesforce Pack or any CRM experience is desirable but not required
- Use of Trello or Kanban systems is desirable
- Attention to detail is of paramount importance and prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred

Mandatory Requirements:
- Current State-based Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Have received 2 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine is a requirement of the role
