Role and Responsibilities:- Undertake tasks as directed by the DCE Commercial Lead and DCE Project Manager.
- Manage the CLCM CEIP Contract on behalf of DDGSPO Commercial Director, including Scope Notices, CCP and document reviews.
- Manage the CoA response in reviewing of CLCM CEIP Scope Notices, commercial document, and minutes.
- Assist in the development and drafting of procurement documents and contracts in support of DCE, i.e. Endorsements to Proceed, s23, Statement of Works across all commercial engagements associated with DCE.
- Provide advice, direction, assistance and services for procurement policy, technical, commercial, legal, financial investigation, and other requirements to support contract management outcomes.
- Working with all necessary stakeholders the Contract Officer will be actively involved in relationship development, maintaining excellent communications and assist in the resolution of any emerging or current issues.
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:- Degree qualification in either legal, business or commerce background and relevant industry experience of more than 3 years.
- Understanding of complex commercial and project stakeholder environments across the capability lifecycle.
- Experience in AUSDEFCON, acquisition and sustainment contracts.
- Demonstrated experience working in NSSG or CASG.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize complex tasks.
- Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Work in a collaborative environment.
