The company
The Australian subsidiary of a multinational organisation which dominates their niche market and has a reputation for quality, second to none.  Their product has a wide range of applications across many industries.

The Australian business isn't a brand that most people would know, but their product touches consumers everyday, has many very interesting applications and their clients are often large corporates. 

The role
Reporting to the CEO and CFO, this role is very broad in nature, operationally focused and goes well beyond a traditional administration role.

The responsibilities
Every day will be different and your responsibilities will be varied, including:

  • supporting staff with software queries, setting up new users, troubleshooting IT hardware, managing mobile phone issues and liaising the the European IT team in Head Office. 
  • facilities maintenance for sites across ANZ.
  • monthly reconciliations of 15 staff credit cards using Concur.
  • coordinating onsite or offsite events, including meetings, training, conferences and client events.
  • management of constant domestic and international travel.
  • producing reports and presentations.
  • managing insurance renewals and claims.
  • maintenance of company policies and documents.
  • business improvement projects.
The candidate
In order to be shortlisted for this exciting opportunity, you will:
  • have recent experience as an Office Manager or Administrator.
  • experience in supporting users with software and hardware issues.
  • be comfortable multi-tasking.
  • be confident with software, including Excel.
  • be able to work in the office 4 days per week.
The rewards
This 7 month fixed term contract attracts an annual salary of $75-80K plus superannuation and parking. You will be paid directly by the client, which means you will enjoy paid leave entitlements.
