In the role of Account Manager, candidates will serve as essential liaisons between the company, its network of dealers, and valued customers within their designated regions. Key responsibilities include driving dealer performance through strategic business planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives to surpass targets.
- Acting as primary liaisons between the company, dealer partners, and customers, fostering robust relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Developing and executing Area Action Plans on a quarterly basis to guide regional operations toward success.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Overseeing inventory management, meticulously tracking retail orders and installations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Championing product and systems training initiatives for dealer partners and their teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent the brands effectively.
- Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing Communications to drive brand visibility and engagement across dealer networks.
- Providing support for sales events, field days, and dealer promotions, ensuring maximum impact and participation.
- Cultivating relationships with key accounts, including retail customers, government bodies, and corporate entities, to strengthen the company's market presence.
- Spearheading distribution development efforts, working alongside stakeholders to uphold dealer standards and optimize performance.
- Collaborating with dealer partners to enhance engagement in incentive programs and foster a culture of success.
- Motivating and empowering dealer partners and their sales teams to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Base salary between $100,000 - $115,000 plus superannuation (11.5%)
- Fully maintained company vehicle (inc fuel expenses)
- Tools of trade (computer, marketing collateral, credit card)

- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, preferably within the agricultural sector.
- Familiarity with multiple franchise dealer partner channels is advantageous, especially from the Automotive sector ; passenger, light vehicles, heavy vehicles up to heavy industrial equipment
- Proficiency in essential software tools like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing and/or the agricultural industry is a plus, demonstrating their industry insight and expertise.
