Morgans, one of Australia’s largest stockbroking and financial planning firms is seeking an exceptional person to join our Cronulla office.
You will play a critical role in servicing clients, in assisting a team of investment advisers and delivering timely and efficient service to a client base of investors, retirees and business people. In addition, you will be required to perform office administration duties.
The ideal candidate will illustrate:
- A background in financial markets, or have worked in the financial services industry.
- Client focus with the ability to relate, react and respond to client requests in an efficient and timely matter.
- Motivation and ability to manage workflow from a team of investment advisers. To prioritise and understand the importance of deadlines and time management
- Above average computer skills (ability to use CRM systems together with usual Microsoft suite of programmes)
- Excellent communication skills, telephone technique and manner.
- An understanding and interest in financial markets and their operation.
- Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Ad hoc office duties including maintaining annual leave register; manage stationary supplies, printers etc.
This position is a permanent part time roll with flexibility around hours worked. Ideally, part time from 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday.
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and is based on a 30 hour working week (subject to negotiation).
