Hays are proud to have partnered with a Government Agency to recruit a Temporary Full-Time Accounts Receivable Debt Recovery Specialist to join the team in Gympie. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of managing accounts receivable efficiently.
Your new role
- Temporary, until the end of June, with the potential for two 6-month extensions
- Manage outstanding accounts, follow up on overdue payments
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external agencies to resolve outstanding issues
- Provide regular updates and correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and debt recovery is desirable
- Knowledge and proficiently in the Microsoft suite.
- Strong administration skills
