Videographer, Content Creator

About the role: 

Based out of our Burleigh Heads office, this role will see you travelling across SEQ to film a variety of content, spanning from key handovers for our clients to sports and luxury cars. 

Working alongside the Social Media Manager and reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for filming the content for all of our existing and new social media pages, with the aim of driving engagement and traffic to our brands. 

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a flair for creating and editing video content that people want to watch. 
 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Filming and editing corporate and lifestyle footage spanning real estate, finance, and luxury cars.
• Connecting with our clients, team members and leadership to create compelling stories. 
• Scripting and planning video/photo shoots and liaising with 3rd parties when necessary
• Creating templates and layouts to increase workload efficiency while complying with and improving our company brand guidelines.
• Researching and implementing the latest trends and technology into your strategy and workflow.
• Monitoring posts performance and analytics, ensuring KPIs are set and reported on during and post-campaign to ensure objectives are reached.
   

Your top skills: 

• A flair for creativity and an eye for content that engages people.
• 2+ years experience as a videographer or social media Content Creator.
• Experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects and other editing software.
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects and achieve deadlines.
• Ability to adapt and adhere to brand guidelines across video formats and platforms.
• A keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Bonus points for: 

• Previous experience in graphic design and in using AI to create content
• Experience managing social media pages - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok, Youtube.
• Experience flying and maintaining drones.
• Previous experience in real estate, finance, investment, or luxury car content creation.
