The Role
Reporting directly into the Decommissioning Manager, this newly created opportunity will be responsible for a new and exciting scope of works based in our Offshore Business unit in the Perth region. The role will be heavily focussed on the decommissioning of redundant assets for the offshore Oil & Gas Sector, however it will also encompass building and establishing a trusted and reputable brand in the Western Australian market.
The Deliverables
- Manage state wide business activities; prepare comprehensive tender documentation including technical proposals, cost estimates, project plans and schedules.
- Responsible for performing all duties with due regard to the health, safety of self, others and of the environment in which they are undertaken.
- Overall accountability for financial outcomes, including preparing financial reporting on a weekly/monthly basis. Extensive experience in P&L Management to drive top and bottom-line growth.
- Develop and compile comprehensive Sales Plans supported by internal, staff as well as relevant specialists and consultants.
- Operational Leadership – grow and manage a high performing team, whilst developing a great workplace culture in line with company values of Performance Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Innovation and Diversity & Inclusion.
About You
You will be a Senior Leader who is self-motivated, results driven, with previous experience in all aspects of Project Execution (pre and post). Problem solving and troubleshooting will come easily to you, whilst navigating and multi-tasking your day is a given. Your people & culture leadership qualities will be exceptional with highly developed inter-personal skills at the forefront. Extensive substantiated technical industry experience is a must.
