Delegate Acquisition Manager - Bespoke Events permanent role for a B2B Agency based in North Sydney on a salary of $80k - $90k plus super.
The Company:An exhibition and conference B2B Agency based in Sydney are looking for a great new Delegate Acquisition Manager to join their Events and Delegate team. The company puts together sensational conferences and has two distinct divisions within their team and this role will manage the Delegate Acquisition of all Bespoke Events.
Position Terms
- Full-Time Permanent Role working 3 days in the office and 2 from home
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus super plus comms depending on experience
The Delegate Acquisition Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer. The Delegate Acquisition Manager will be responsible for successfully acquiring delegates for bespoke roundtables. In addition to acquisition, this role will also be responsible for reporting on the performance of individual campaigns and providing market feedback.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Successfully manage the Delegate Acquisition for our bespoke roundtables
- Update CRM with all campaign activity and provide weekly registration reports to keep all stakeholders updated
- Measure success of campaign through market feedback
- Collaborate internally with stakeholders to increase efficiency and effectiveness of campaign delivery
- Manage all onsite Operations items - name cards, dietary, pax - in conjunction with the Operations Team
- Liaise with the Production Team regarding data build, invitations, speaker suppression lists, etc.
- Provide Vendor Sales lead with timely updates and insights on progress of campaign
The ideal candidate will have experience working within B2B Sales and have a passion for IT. Experience working in conferences & events is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are required for this role.
